Deb brings an extensive producing background in television, film and the web to Three Chicks projects. With over 25 years experience, Deb's award-winning television and film work include three Winter Olympics for CBS, The Emmy® Award-winning Sally Jessy Raphael Show, Donahue, Geraldo, CBS network promotion, CBS This Morning, the Discovery Channel's Super Shark Weekend promotion campaign, the documentary film Silent Angels hosted by Julia Roberts for the Discovery Health Channel, and numerous show pilots for kids and adults.

An accomplished web producer and project manager, Deb has created educational and entertaining online content for The Bill & Medlinda Gates Foundation, Compaq Computers, Paul Allen's Experience Music Project, Seattle's ACT Theatre, WGBH-TV/Vulcan Production's Evolution and Blues Inc./Vulcan Productions' The Blues for PBS.

Deb co-developed Artopia, a mixed media television series about art for kids, which was sold to PBS affiliate Thirteen/WNET New York. Deb also co-developed a multimedia project about science for kids called Quarked! Adventures in the Subatomic Universe with the University of Kansas and produced five live-action videos for Girl Scouts of the USA entitled Fit's Inn as part of their national program promoting healthy living for girls ages 6—11.

Deb served as Executive Producer, Producer and co-writer on our Kauffman Foundation-funded, animated, television series and web project promoting an empowered, entrepreneurial mindset for kids called All Terrain Brain. She is currently the Executive Producer of Water Equals…, a USDA-funded nationwide multimedia campaign for youth about water and water conservation. Water Equals… is a collaboration of multiple institutions including the University of Wisconsin and the USC Film School.
